Ay Villas was created around a simple idea: that a holiday in Zanzibar should feel private, personal and unhurried. Rather than another beachfront hotel, the property was designed as two Bali-inspired villas set among tropical greenery in East Nungwi — a quieter stretch of the island’s north coast.
