How to Reserve a Stay
Guests may reserve a stay in one of two ways: by completing a booking through our official Airbnb listing, or by sending an availability inquiry through this website, WhatsApp or email.
Submitting an availability inquiry through this website does not confirm a reservation. It is a request for information. Our team will respond with current availability and, where applicable, instructions to complete a booking.
Rates and Availability
Nightly rates are not published on this website, as they may vary by season and are subject to confirmation. Please contact us or refer to our official Airbnb listing for current rates and live availability.
Check-in and Checkout
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
- Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
- Late arrivals may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Guests and Extra Mattresses
The standard capacity is four guests per two-bedroom villa. Up to two additional guests may be accommodated using extra mattresses, subject to confirmation and an additional fee of approximately $20 per person, per night.
Meals and Spa Treatments
Breakfast is included throughout the stay. Lunch and dinner may be arranged with the villa staff for approximately $20 per person, per meal, subject to confirmation. Spa massage treatments start from approximately $30 for 45 minutes, with additional treatments available from the villa’s spa menu. All prices are approximate and subject to change and confirmation at the time of your stay.
Cancellations and Payments
Reservations, payments and cancellations completed through Airbnb remain subject to Airbnb’s own policies and terms of service. For stays arranged directly with our team, cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
This website does not collect card or payment details, and no online payments are processed through the availability inquiry form.
Third-Party Experiences and Services
Our team may help arrange transportation, tours, dining and other experiences with trusted local providers as a courtesy to guests. These services are provided by independent third parties, and Ay Villas is not responsible for their operation, quality or availability.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are asked to treat the villa, its furnishings, pool and gardens with care, to respect neighbouring properties and staff, and to report any damage or issues promptly. Guests may be responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and use.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate, Ay Villas makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted access to the website or the availability of specific dates, services or experiences at any given time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Zanzibar, Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
